The UFS COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at 309 Dana St, Ballarat, offers both the Pfizer and AstraZeneca vaccines.

UFS Medical Bridge Mall offers the Pfizer vaccine and most UFS Pharmacies offer the Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccines.

UFS is proud to be participating in the roll-out of the COVID-19 vaccine program and providing this service to our community in our dedicated vaccination clinic, our pharmacies and our Bridge Mall medical centre.

COVID Vaccinations at the UFS COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

Patients eligible for the AstraZeneca or Pfizer vaccine are able to book online at this link or via phone on 4320 0891.

This clinic is open 9am to 5.30pm on weekdays and 9am to 4pm on weekends and operates strictly by appointment only.

The vaccination clinic is located at 309 Dana Street (cnr. Doveton Street South). This is the building diagonally opposite Harris Scarfe, and was previously the offices of Smith & Jennings Accountants. Entry for the vaccination clinic is  via Dana Street only.


COVID Vaccinations at UFS Pharmacies

Most UFS pharmacies are offering Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccinations to all those eligible.

If you have any concerns or you have a complex medical history, we encourage you to speak to your GP prior to making an appointment.

COVID Vaccinations at UFS Medical Bridge Mall

UFS Medical Bridge Mall offers the Pfizer vaccine –  book online here.

The UFS Medical Bridge Mall is located at 40 Bridge Mall in Central Ballarat and is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Patients must not attend for a vaccination if they:

  • are experiencing respiratory symptoms
  • are waiting COVID-19 test results
  • have attended any identified exposure sites
  • have been directed to self isolate

Please be aware that we do require masks to be worn by all patients.
