- Bulk billing may be available at the discretion of the GP.
- Non attendance of appointments will incur a fee (New patients: $90 for less than 24 hours’ notice, existing patients: $50 for less than 4 hours’ notice)
- *UFS members receive 10% discount off the ‘gap’ (the outstanding amount after any Medicare rebates) of all general practice consultations (excluding consultations with Drs Bongiorno and Al-Taie at Sebastopol).
- Additional charges apply for procedures, dressings and vaccinations.
- If you are referred for investigative tests or specialist treatment, please ask your practitioner about costs that may arise.
- All patients are asked to settle their account on the day of their consultation
