Dr Andrew Brommeyer consults from the UFS Medical Doveton Street practice.
Dr Fazal Chaudry relocated from Scotland, UK at the beginning of 2022 with his wife and two sons, to be close to his mother in Melbourne.
After qualifying in 2002, the concept of continuity of care and providing health care to families in the community inspired Dr Chaudry to pursue General Practice and he completed his membership of the Royal College of General Practitioner, UK in 2015.
Dr Chaudry enjoys all aspects of general practice and has a special interest in diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and elderly care.
Outside work, Dr Chaudry is a big fan of cricket and enjoys walking.
Dr Colin Crook graduated from Monash University in 1978. He started his medical training at the Ballarat Base Hospital in 1979 and completed two enjoyable years there. He then completed two further years training in General Practice in Gippsland, Colac and Melbourne. Dr Crook was always keen to return to Ballarat and started in private general practice in Gillies Street, Wendouree in 1983 and worked there for twenty eight years. He is now very happy to work at UFS Medical – Doveton Street. Since 2001 Dr Crook has worked part-time as the GP Advisor to the Ballarat and District Division of General Practice. Dr Crook has four children and his interests include time with his family, cycling, skiing, kayaking on Lake Wendouree, visiting art galleries and most importantly, the Sydney Swans!
Dr Cassie Dillon consults from the UFS Medical Doveton Street practice.
Dr Phil Dover graduated from Monash University in 1979. Dr Dover has experince in rural and critical care, and a keen interest in skin cancer surgery, general medicine, minor procedures and manipulative spinal treatment. Dr Dover works 8 sessions per week.
Dr Dawn Le is originally from Adelaide and enjoys the diversity of general practice and teaching medical students. She is married and has 3 children and 2 super cute dogs. She works part-time and barracks for the Adelaide Crows.
Dr Tu Le graduated from Adelaide University and has an interest in all aspects of general practice, especially men’s health. Dr Le has three children and two dogs and enjoys cycling, tennis and cooking. Dr Le works Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays at UFS Medical Doveton Street.
Dr. Ben Lam completed his medical training in South Africa, and has practiced in South Africa, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and now in Ballarat. In addition to being a qualified general practitioner, Ben is also a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME/AME) for CASA (Civil Aviation Safety Authority). He is also a Medical Review Officer of the Australian Medical Review Officer Association. These roles enable him to conduct aviation medicals and to review drug test results (either workplace or personal drug tests). Outside of work, Ben enjoys nature and animals. He has relocated to Ballarat with his wife, daughter and two cats.
Dr Neil Livingston has had over 30 years experience in general practice. He qualified from Monash University in 1979 and worked overseas on two occasions (in the UK and Dubai). His areas of interest are family medicine, men’s health, palliative care and adolescent health.
Dr David Llewelyn relocated from Ballan in the last few years and we’re thrilled to have Dr Llewelyn consulting at the Doveton Street practice.

Dr. Colin Stewart joined UFS Medical Doveton Street on 5 July, 2021. Graduating from Melbourne University in 1977, he has enjoyed all aspects of general practice in Melbourne over 40 years. A “tree change” this year led to a “farm” nearby where he looks forward to assisting his wife pursue her dream of developing a unique plant nursery. With particular interests in mental health, ageing, work-life balance, men and women’s health specifics and “midlife”, he looks forward to joining the Doveton Street practice team and providing excellent care to new patients. Dr Stewart enjoys meditation, mindfulness and “being in the present moment”.
Dr Hannah Walker relocated from Yorkshire in the UK with her family at the start of the pandemic in March 2020. She qualified from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 1998 and has been working as a GP in England for 18 years. She loves all aspects of family medicine and has a particular interest in palliative care and end of life planning. Dr Walker is married with 3 children and a dog. She enjoys playing netball and running and is looking forward to exploring everything Ballarat has to offer once Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.
Dr Andrew Webster relocated from Scotland with his young family in May 2014. Dr Webster has a special interest in sports medicine, diabetes and occupational health and is available for consultations Monday to Friday at UFS Medical Doveton Street. Dr Webster is a mad supporter of Carlton and Liverpool.
