Dr Mehreen Khan

Dr Mehreen Khan joined UFS Medical in June 2022 and moved from our Windermere Street UFS Medical practice to the Doveton Street practice in January 2023.

Dr Khan recently moved to Australia from Scotland, UK. Mehreen studied medicine at Baqai Medical College, Pakistan graduating in 2002. After completing her internship she worked for a few years in ophthalmology prior to moving to the UK with her husband. She worked in various specialities in Scotland rotating through psychiatry, accident and emergency, paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, general medicine and care for the elderly. Mehreen completed her GP training in Scotland and holds membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners, UK.

Mehreen enjoys all aspects of general practice and is passionate about providing holistic care to her patients. Her special interests include chronic disease management , hypertension, diabetes, paediatrics, mental health and aged care.
