Dr. Chung Po (Wallace) Chan graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 2001. He is a Fellow of The Hong Kong College of Family Physicians and an International Conjoint Fellow of the RACGP. Dr. Chan has been working as a solo GP in Hong Kong for 16 years before relocating to Ballarat with his wife and two children. Dr. Chan enjoys all aspects of General Practice, with a special interest in chronic disease management and aged care. Outside of work, he enjoys listening to music and hiking.
