Dr Fazal Chaudry relocated from Scotland, UK at the beginning of 2022 with his wife and two sons, to be close to his mother in Melbourne.
After qualifying in 2002, the concept of continuity of care and providing health care to families in the community inspired Dr Chaudry to pursue General Practice and he completed his membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners, UK in 2015.
Dr Chaudry enjoys all aspects of general practice and has a special interest in diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and elderly care.
Outside work, Dr Chaudry is a big fan of cricket and enjoys walking.
