- Non attendance of appointments will incur a fee (New patients: $90 for less than 24 hours’ notice, existing patients: $50 for less than 4 hours’ notice)
- *UFS members receive 10% discount off the ‘gap’ (the outstanding amount after any Medicare rebates) of all general practice consultations (excluding consultations with Drs Bongiorno and Al-Taie at Sebastopol).
- Additional charges apply for procedures, dressings and vaccinations.
- If you are referred for investigative tests or specialist treatment, please ask your practitioner about costs that may arise.
- All patients are asked to settle their account on the day of their consultation

Bulk Billing
We understand that the cost of living is impacting many in our community. At UFS Medical, we provide the highest quality care while ensuring it is accessible to as many people as possible. Bulk-billing is available to the following patients:
- Pensioners
- Healthcare Card Holders
- DVA Card Holders
- Children under the age of 16
